The nearest beach is the bay of Grotticelle (200m away), which captivates by its beautiful rock formations and the white sand beach. The next shops, restaurants, Pizzerie and Gelaterie are in the center of Capo Vaticano (1 km) or in the small fishing village Santa Maria. Description of the apartments:

Villa Giulia is divided up into 4 individual apartments with separate entrance - two on the ground floor and two on the first floor – and all with beautiful seaview. The two 2-Room-Apartments are suitable for up to 3 persons and consist of a bedroom with double bed, completely equipped kitchen-lounge with sofa bed, Sat TV, bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet and furnished veranda or balcony with seaview. The two 3-Room-Apartments are suitable for 4-6 persons and consist of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and furnished Veranda or balcony with seaview. For common use of all guests: outdoor kitchen in the garden with Barbecue, sun terrace before the apartments (equipped with beach chairs), parking inside the property.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change.
