The recently constructed Villa Alba Chiara is situated on the Tyrrhenian Coast beneath the small and typical Calabrian village of Coccorino in the province of Vibo Valentia. The Villa is situated on a hill (210 m over the sea level) between the village and the Sea and offers enchanting views of the Sea, Capo Vaticano, the Eolian Islands and the straight of Messina. In the centre of Coccorino (15 minutes’ walk) you will find the most important facilities like a small supermarket, a Trattoria, tobacco, post office and pharmacy. Capo Vaticano is 10 km away and Tropea 18 km. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and set in a peaceful, green area perfumed by an oak tree wood. The friendly and open-minded owners live directly next door and are always available for questions and insider tips. CAR RECOMMENDED!!
The bay of Coccorino with ist marvellous cliffs and rock formations is 2 km away and can be reached by a small road with only light traffic. As an alternative, you can relax on the sandy beach of Santa Maria (10 minutes by car). During the summer months you will find two beach bars at Coccorino beach and close to the beach a delicious Restaurant with typical local cuisine, fresh fish and panoramic veranda for eating outside.

Description of the apartments:

Villa Alba Chiara is composed of 2 separate holiday apartments on the first floor and on the ground floor with 3 rooms each. Both apartments are for up to 4 persons and are composed of a completely equipped kitchen-lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and a balcony or veranda with seaview. The enclosed garden has a surface of 4.000 m2 and is for common use of all guests. In the garden you’ll find an outdoor kitchenette with barbecue and washing-mashine. Car parking inside the property.

General Information:

In July and August the minimum period of stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. On request, bed linen and towels can be rented for the price of Euro 12,- person/week with weekly change.
