Villa ?Le Cannicelle? is located in a strategic position between the sea and the hills on a hillside at 124 ft. above sea level, it commands a spectacular Mediterranean vista - views stretching down to the farthest mountains of Calabria (the mountain range that soars above Diamante and Paola) on one side and as far as the Punta (Cape) of the Infreschi and the wild coastal tract bearing the same name between Scario and Marina di Camerota on the other side.
Two thirds of the estate is covered with lush woodland thick with cork oak, a plant typical of the environmental niche stretching along the coastline of the Bay of Policastro between S. Marina and Sapri.Surrounded by a big enclosed garden, it is the perfect accommodation for families with children and for those who wish to take their pets on holiday with them!The Villa was built in 1992 in the Mediterranean rural style and it has been redecorated yearly.The sandy beach is only 600 metres away, and it is ideal for long walks - following the coast you can reach the town centre of Villammare in 10 minutes. There you'll also find the next shops and restaurants. Sapri with its seaport is only 4 km away. CAR RECOMMENDED!!
Description of the apartments:
Apart from a flat occasionally used by the owners, there are two self-contained residences, both with sea-views
"Lentisco? is situated on the first floor of the Villa and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge with double sofa bed, a bedroom with doublebed, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and a furnished balcony with admiring view on the glittering seascape of the Golfo di Policastro from the coast line to the horizon. The south-facing terracotta-paved balcony is furnished with table, sunshade and teak armchairs where you can enjoy your meals al fresco, starting with breakfast amidst the scintillating sea light and twittering of birds.
The bedroom faces the sea. The wrought iron orthopaedic double bed has a comfortable latex mattress. Air conditioning and Sat-TV favour a pleasant stay. All rooms are airy and full of light, furnished in a simple and tasteful style.

General Information:
In July and August the apartments can only be rented for a minimum of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday). In the remaining months it is possible to agree on other days of arrival/departure. Your stay begins on arrival day at 5 p.m. and ends on departure day at 10 a.m. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.On arrival, you have to pay a deposit of Euro 100,- for eventual damages which will be reimbursed at departure after a short apartment control.At the time of booking, you'll have to pay a deposit of 30% of the apartment price; the balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
The indicated prices include:
- Water, electricity, gas, SAT-TV, parking, bed linen and towels, final cleaning
